Sarah Joseph is currently Director of Exhibitions and instructor at Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is also a sculptor who has exhibited her work across the United States and in England. Her work has been included in numerous juried and invitational exhibitions including the “33rd Annual National Drawing and Small Sculpture Show” at Del Mar College in Texas, “Dreamscapes” at the Mesa Art Center in Arizona, and “Metalworks 1999” at Arts Iowa City.

Her most recent solo exhibitions were at the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts in Grand Rapids and at the Rosewood Art Centre in Ohio.

Sarah holds a BFA from Miami University. She received an MFA in sculpture from the University of Oregon in 1998 where she was a recipient of the Frank Eliscu Memorial Scholarship from the Posey Foundation. She currently resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband Steven who is a writer.
